Welcome our new A and B squad captains!

Better late than never! We are incredibly pleased to announce our A and B Squad captains for the first quarter of 2016!

It’s time to find out who is leading us in to battle for our bouts in the first part of the year and what they think about it all…

A Team Captain – Jo Scott

After a long stint as vice captain and then captain in the Harlots’ early days when you might have known her as ‘Joannasaurus’, Jo took a break from the captaincy in 2015 but she couldn’t stay away for long and now she’s back at the helm of the A team!

Jo Scott

“A new year, new team, new challenges! I am so excited to face whatever 2016 throws at us, and honoured to be doing it with our team of strong, inspiring, and powerful Hellfire Harlots.”

A Team Vice Captain – Mak

She might be relatively new to captaining for the Harlots but Mak is another one of our stars from the early days. A recent addition to the Harlot Training Committee, Mak is the driving force to make us all harder, faster and stronger.

Mak

“I’m honoured to have the chance to be Vice Capt for this quarter. The year is just beginning and I am so excited to see what lies ahead!”

B Team Captain – Gilbertson

After taking on the vice captain role last year, Gilbertson stepped up to lead the charge for 2016. She’s a great strategist and calm under pressure but most notably, this is a woman who is not to be messed with.

Gilbertson

“I’m looking forward to whatever challenges come our way. We have a great group of up and coming and established talent and it is an honour to work with such fierce, dedicated women. 2016 is our year to show what we can accomplish together.”

B Team Vice Captain – Taz-Mania DeVille

As one of the founding members of the Nottingham Hellfire Harlots, Taz has done so much for the league over the years but vice captain is a new role she’s delighted to take on!

Taz

“I’m really excited to be vice captain of our B Team this quarter, to see how we can develop this new team into a force to be reckoned with.”

Congratulations on being voted into the Captaincy ladies, we’re sure you will smash it in 2016!
